Holiday home between the Dordogne and Lot (100m² - 5 rooms) on a property of 2000m +, ideal for exploring Perigord and Quercy. A 1 km from the center of Gourdon (46300), this cottage makes you enjoy the quiet of the countryside without joint.
The house is near all amenities, 500m: bakery, hypermarkets, pharmacy, ...
Completely renovated in 2013, this property offers all the comfort for a successful holiday:
- Kitchen 22 m², entirely new equipment (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, washing machine), electrical appliances and utensils for cooking and pastry.
- Wood burning stove.
- 1 master bedroom 14m² with bed 2 places
- 9m 1 room with 2 beds in 90 young children, teenagers or young couple

Superbes vacances

Tres bon sejour dans une maison tres propre esprit maison de campagne
Belle semaine dans une maison propre et bien équipée. La renovation a su préservé l'esprit maison de campagne. Maison isolée du village (20min a pied du centre) avec beaucoup de tranquillité.

Maison très propre et très bien équipée. Agencement bien. Le coin est calme , loin des bruisances et près des commerces. Le gérant et le propriétaire sont sympas et très à l'écoute. Nous recommandons l'endroit. (Entre nous, le chat de la ferme est gentil).

Coquette maison de vacances au calme
C’est une maison en pierre pleine de charme, qui garde sa fraîcheur en soirée, fort appréciable en pleine canicule. La chambre de l’étage peut s’avérer chaude, mais il y a un ventilateur. La maison est très bien équipée, toutefois un rangement serait utile dans la chambre destinée aux enfants. Outre la bonne centralité de la maison pour visiter la région et sa proximité des commerces, nous avons apprécié l’attention du propriétaire qui a offert à notre arrivée deux petites terrines du pays à déguster. Je vous recommande, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

C’était notre deuxième fois dans cette maison. Nous sommes attachés à la maison et à son environnement, nous nous sentons très bien dans ces lieux. Les propriétaires sont des personnes très gentilles.

Très bonne maison de vacances, au calme
Maison très bien située, juste à côté de la ville, tout en étant pleinement isolee du bruit et des voisins. La maison est plantée dans un grand espace herbeux, très calme. Possible de garer les voitures à côté. Énormément de propositions de loisirs et tourisme a côté. Maison bien équipée et confortable. Propriétaire et gestionnaire très disponibles pour répondre et nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Je recommande pleinement ! A noter quelques éléments a prendre en compte : - salle de bain exiguë et WC dans la salle de bain - salon a l'étage et escalier d'accès assez pentu... Maison déconseillée avec des enfants de moins de 4 ans - table de cuisine non adaptée pour son usage car on ne peut pas y glisser les cuisses en s asseyeant avec les chaises proposées. - chaises et vaisselle dimensionnées pour 4 personnes et non 5 : on ne pouvait pas faire deux repas successifs sans faire tourner le lave vaisselle. - attentes très élevées de la gestionnaire concernant la remise du logement a l'identique a la sortie : nous recommandons de leur laisser gérer le ménage pour éviter les mauvaises surprises à la sortie.

En pleine campagne malgré la proximité du bourg et des commerces, cette maison rénovée propose un équipement largement suffisant pour passer d’agréables journées. Literie confortable, électroménager complet, salon cosy pour discuter, bouquiner ou voir un film, difficile de trouver des défauts. Bien situé pour visiter les principales attractions de la région en rayonnant.

vacances au vert et au calme
Toute la famille a beaucoup apprécié la maison et ses alentours. les enfants étaient ravis de voir tous les jours un cheval, des vaches, d'avoir leur coin transat ou un grand espace de jeux. Les adultes étaient ravis de vivre dans une maison très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les cadeaux de bienvenue ont été très appréciés !
