sale et négligé

maison mal entretenu extérieurement (orties, mauvaises herbes,);intérieur sale et malodorant matelas taché, traces suspectes, etc....réclamation déja faite sur le site. je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit a de futurs vacanciers

Pas sérieux et pas conforme à l' annonce : Méfiez - vous !!!!! S' abstenir !

Nous avons passés de très mauvaises vacances ! Heureusement que les environs étaient magnifiques ( nature et panoramas ) et qu ' il y avaient plusieurs activités possibles pour tout âges pour rattraper le logement non conforme et pas confort du tout ! Je vous détaille : porte d' entrée qui laisse passer les fortes pluies sur le tapis à l' entrée de la cuisine qui est détrempé , la vaisselle était encore mouillée et toute grasse . A l' étage , au salon pas de TV ni de lecteur DVD et CD qui fonctionnaient alors que c'était indiqué dans l 'annonce en ligne ! J' ai du téléphoner plusieurs fois moi-même à la société de téléphonie et d ' internet pour pouvoir régler ce problème . Ce n 'est que 3 jours avant mon départ que finalement j' ai pu obtenir les codes PIN et que la société de téléphonie a du faire une mise à jour du décodeur qui n' avait plus été utilisé depuis qqes mois ! Autre problème : pas de table de jardin , ni de parasol , juste 2 chaises de jardin ( dont 1 cassée ) présentes sur la terrasse . Et le jardin pas tondu , une vraie prairie ! Ce n 'est également qu' à 3 jours de mon départ que j' ai pu obtenir la table de jardin,le parasol et une nouvelle chaise ainsi que la pelouse avait été tondue.Gros problème également : la literie(matelas et alèses ) étaient très sales ( oréoles et moisissures présentes !! ) !malgré des draps propres donnés à l' arrivée.Soucis de Wifi et de chauffage au salon:1 des 2 à choisir!Maispas les 2 en même temps! très déçu de Belvilla !!!

Court séjour

Logement ancien, malgré le réaménagent des propriétaires. A visiter en hiver car avec le manque d’aération nous avons souffert de la chaleur (même si ce n’était plus la canicule), de plus petit bémol pas de papier toilette à notre arrivée. Au delà de ça, l’accueil a été chaleureux et les alentours sont charmants
