The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The living room has a Full HD TV, a stereo, a sofa bed and a fitted kitchen. The double bed in the separate bedroom is suitable for seniors and can be provided if required apart. About a second, step-free access, the apartment can be easily reached. You can store your own bicycles in the in-house garage.
