Relax and enjoy the view in the main living area upstairs with solid American Oak flooring and ample natural light from the large windows & doors. Equipped with a comfortable lounge suite, ethanol fireplace and flat screen TV you will feel right at home. Open up the doors to the large balcony and let the outside in, whilst you cook the family meal in the large well appointed kitchen, complete with induction cooktop, electric oven, wine fridge and coffee machine. This open living area leads through to the master bedroom which houses a queen bed, has oodles of storage space and has an amazing and modern en-suite. All this plus your own private balcony and its stunning views over to the famous North Point surf break.

With multiple entertaining and relaxing areas this property really stands out and is perfect for the whole family.
