Villa "Marijana" is located in Zaostrog, a typical, traditional, small Dalmatian village in the sunny south of Croatia.
The completely fenced Villa Marijana is 60 m² in size and is located in a quiet environment.
The ground floor of the main house consists of a fully equipped charming kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace in an open space.
The modern sofa bed can accommodate even one person.
On the ground floor, guests also have a separate toilet. On the upper floor is the master bedroom which offers plenty of space for 2 people.
The gallery of the small house serves as a place where you can read your favorite book.
On the completely enclosed property of Villa Marijana, there is a beautiful heated pool surrounded by stone terraces, deck chairs and comfortable garden furniture. Guests of the villa also have a private parking space.
Our villa is surrounded by nature and offers a really breathtaking sea view, so you can really switch off and relax. If you like to be active, there is plenty to explore on foot or by bike to look for herbs or flowers.

Stonehouse in Zaostrog
Ein sehr schönes kleines Steinhaus am oberen Rand von Zaostrog direkt in der Natur am Berg gelegen, mit einem wunderschönen Pool, in perfekter Größe, und einen mega Ausblick. Allerdings muss man die Natur lieben und keine Angst vor Insekten haben. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet einem alles was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht, nur das untere Schlafsofa ist nicht das Bequemste. Der Verwalter Mario ist ein außerordentlicher Gastgeber, wir hatten einen besonders netten Kontakt und er war sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem, wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen denn Zaostrog ist ein sehr kleiner wunderschöner Ort an der „Kroatischen Riviera“ mit vielen kleinen Buchten und Restaurants, genau so wünscht man sich einen entspannten Urlaub.

Sensationelle Aussicht mit Ruhe
Ein im Herbst liebevoll restauriertes und auf dem aktuellen Stand der Technik befindliches Haus weit über Zaostrog liegend und einer Sicht, dass man überlegt dorthin umzusiedeln.
Das Einzige, was man hört ist das Zirpen der Zikaden.
Einzig bei einer Nutzung des Bettes im EG ist es ein wenig eng dort, jedoch ist man ja normalerweise unterwegs oder auf der Terasse/am Pool.
