The first floor living area gives access to your private sun terrace which is a real highlight. The traditional stone villa was built in 1902 and has only recently been completely renovated in 2014 when it was tastefully furnished and equipped with all the modern comforts you might need for a memorable holiday. A small flower lined path starts at the small village church of Saint Barbara and leads to a set of cobble stone stairs which give access to the villa. Spread over three floors it offers a generous living-/dining area, a fully fitted open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. All the rooms have crisp white walls and dark wood floors which create an atmosphere of modern elegance. The ground floor hosts a small study, the dining area and a guest toilet. The dining area, with a large table and six upholstered chairs, and the open plan kitchen are separated by a generous breakfast bar. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, four hob gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, electric kettle and a toaster. A wide wooden staircase leads to the first floor which features a living area furnished with two stylish white sofas and matching armchairs, a large digital flat screen cable television with USB port, a DVD player, a CD player, a radio and a land line phone. Behind the seating area is a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and a large built-in wardrobe providing plenty of space for your clothes and luggage. The bright and airy first floor bathroom offers a bathtub with shower device, large wash basin with wall mirror and a toilet. Another staircase leads to the attic with a living-/sleeping area and the second bathroom which is identically equipped as the one on the floor below. The living area is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, another digital flat screen cable television and a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed. The sofa can be extended into an additional 160 cm x 200 cm double bed offering sleeping space for two children. Reliable WLAN internet access is offered in all rooms free of charge.
