Everything amazing! Besides having to walk 20min from the gondola to get there (downhill so easy walk). The place is definitely worth the walk. Best view, best food, relaxed and courteous hospitality. The hotel was not fully booked so they let us leave at 6pm, at no cost! Disclosure: the walk is not necessary if you get there at 8am or 5pm. During open slopes is not possible.

Had the best stay at Lifestyle & Spa Hotel Grächerhof. The location and views of the Swiss Alps from our room was just incredible. Was a short drive to Tasch to get on a train to Zermatt. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel itself was clean, charming and cozy. The hotel Spa was world class. Finally, the price for our three night stay was a great value. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the Swiss Alps or if you are a skier, the lifts are just a short walk from the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Very small team but they run it like there are 20 of them. 30 seconds from the bus stop, greeted cheerfully when we arrived, filled out some forms and were shown to our room. It was nice and cozy, great view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was good, nothing crazy but enough to start the day. Dinner in their restaurant was also great. The spa was fantastic. Easy as asking for the robes and slippers and you ca use it as much as you’d like. Only thing, I wish they were able to show you around but I understand people’s privacy. I found out what a “Gletscherwasser“ shower was the hard way! But that place is amazing.

2 night stay

My wife and I stayed in August 2025. We learned that there was recently new management. The staff we met we all very helpful and friendly. It was perfect for us looking to go hiking but with a comfortable place to rest and recoup after a long day walking. Morning breakfast was also very good. We would come back again and look forward to seeing what changes the new management makes going forward.

Freundlicher Empfang. Auf Fragen von uns wurde kompetent Auskunft gegeben und mit evtl. Ermässigungen ergänzt. Leider war der Restaurationsbetrieb geschlossen ausser für das Frühstück. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und aus meiner Sicht nicht Hygienisch der Langfaserteppich im Zimmer. Ansonsten ruhiges Zimmer mit Aussicht auf verschiedene Hörner unter anderem das Weisshorn. Das Frühstück hätte mit verschiedenen Brötchen ergänzt werden können. Ansonsten gute Auswahl.

Koselig Alpehotell i fantastiske omgivelser. Hyggelige eiere av hotellet, som også hadde god kunnskap om området, og om viner fra sveits som de villig delte. Når vi forlot hotellet kjørte vi via Moosalpene etter anbefaling fra dem, det var en spektakulær tur.
