Quarto: chuveiro com problema, banheiro sem secador de cabelo. Piscina: não tem toalha no local tem que ir até a recepção buscar. Café da manhã: o café é ótimo, bastante variedade, porém pouco espaço para tomar café nossa estadia foi de segunda/ terça e o hotel não tinha mais espaço para comportar as pessoas no horário do café. Na chegada: sei que a entrada era às 15h chegamos antes do horário como muitos chegaram entraram para o quarto pois já estava liberado, o nosso era 15h e ainda não estava liberado, o rapaz da recepção nos levou até o andar do quarto e pediu para nós esperar terminar a limpeza do quarto , as meninas que estava limpando não nos informaram que havia terminado e ficamos esperando. Achei muito desorganizado, pelo valor que foi pago não compensa a estadia

A estadia foi maravilhosa o hotel é maravilhoso somente teve um pequeno incidente com a demora no jantar reclamei e o garçom foi meio grosso dizendo que tinha mais mesa pra ele atender que nós teríamos que esperar. Reclamei com o gerente e ele foi muito solícito e resolveu tudo mas tirando esse detalhe a hospedagem foi maravilhosa.

Localização e equipe impecáveis, porém a infraestrutura não justifica o investimento. Com excessão da decoração dos quartos e lobby, não é um hotel temático. Uma vez que se trata de um "hotel com temática infantil" podemos considerar a brinquedoteca pobre, assim como o café da manhã com personagens onde a "apresentação" não durou 2min. Tirando a piscina, que é pequena, não há o que fazer com as crianças. A experiência na oficina de chocolate também poderia ser melhor explorada, o tempo onde esperávamos a barra endurecer foi intediante. O hotel tem muito a melhorar como experiência!

Experiência decepcionante, fomos com muita expectativa pelo que é vendido nas redes sociais. Queríamos que nosso filho aproveitasse muito o dia das crianças e que fosse uma experiência encantadora pra toda família. Chegando lá, tudo era difícil de ser agendado não havendo mais vagas para o dia (chá da tarde, oficina de chocolate etc), a recreação (ponto alto da nossa expectativa) foi extremamente frustrante não só pelo espaco que tinha avarias que não eram consertadas (falta de bateria do carro simulador) como pela má vontade da recreacionista que parecia não fazer questão nenhuma de estar ali e nem promovia um ambiente minimamente acolhedor para as crianças. Fomos esperando também experimentar o chocobar, mas chegando lá a estrutura parecia abandonada. Depois vimos que havia um evento por perto e simplesmente levaram toda a estrutura pra lá, não deixando nada do serviço no hotel para os hóspedes. Apesar de tudo isso, a educação e acolhimento dos funcionários, principalmente da chegada, da loja e do room service, foram os pontos altos da nossa estada, fora o café da manhã que, de fato, é uma experiência única. Por fim, a decoração do quarto é linda e a recepção constante nele muito acolhedora. Apesar dos pontos positivos, no nosso entendimento, o hotel não vale o quanto cobra e existem muitas opções melhores pelo preço em Gramado.
