Bom dia, A experiência foi muito ruim! Estive neste final de semana com a minha família e não gostamos da experiência. Elenco dois pontos que nos desagradaram: 1) A questão do café da manhã, pois o ambiente foi muito tumultuado com falta de produtos e funcionários atrapalhados; 2) E o principal, a camisa da minha esposa desapareceu do nosso quarto, e possivelmente ocorreu no momento da limpeza do quarto (que não deveria ocorrer, visto que ficamos uma noite apenas), pois estava próximo as toalhas que recolheram. Além disso, ao acionar os colaboradores do hotel não demonstraram nenhuma boa vontade em investigar o caso e tentar ver nos sacos das toalhas/lençóis sujos. Como não encontraram, sinalizaram que deveriam acionar a gerência e até o momento não tivemos retorno. Isso já se arrasta 5 dias desde quando reportamos e sempre precisamos ficar cobrando um retorno, não sendo demonstrada vontade de resolver o caso. 3) Piscina também não estava limpa. Enfim, experiência ruim pelo tratamento dado pela equipe de atendimento às duas situações, principalmente o segundo caso.

Hotel confortável.

Nossa estadia no geral foi otima! Café da manhã formidável, porém ar condicionado do local não funcionava segundo atendimento. Quarto ótimo, amplo, excelente e cama confortável. Piscina ampla e bom estado. Camareira atenciosa e disponível. Já o atendimento na chegada e saida deixou a desejar. Tempo chuvoso ao chegar não teve o atendimento adequado, pois não havia ninguém para recepcionar e dar suporte ao descarregar as malas. Sendo que no interior nos deparamos com 3 recepcionistas conversando e sem fazer nada. A mesma coisa foi ao sair, sem ninguem para dar o suporte para levar as malas até o carro. O pessoal também no balcão da recepção poderia ser um pouco mais cordial e simpático. Todos com semblantes fechados tanto ao chegar como ao sair. Ficamos 4 dias hospedados por isso conseguimos observar bem a funcionalidade do hotel no geral.
