Local silencioso, com muito verde.

Excelente hospedagem, tudo era novo, organizado, funcional, o local é muito silencioso pois fica numa rua sem saída e ainda tem janelas de vidro duplo, o silêncio é total. O Flat é grande, inclusive o banheiro bem espaçoso, bastante iluminação natural e num local bem tranquilo com muito verde. Ideal para quem está de carro, fica a menos de 10 minutos da maioria dos passeios de Gramado e possui garagem e portão eletrônico. Não recomendo para quem está a pé pois é um pouco afastado do centro e de qualquer passeio.

Os apartamentos são exatamente como especificado nas fotos. Compacto, porém confortável. Possui água quente nas torneiras do banheiro e cozinha e ar condicionado com temperatura quente no quarto.
