Lovely hotel in a great position. We booked a cheap room but were still disappointed it was so close to the noisy lifts and had no natural daylight.(251). Would book again, but a better grade of room. All staff very helpful. Ate from the bar snacks menu, good value for money and decent portions sizes.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our terrace room was fantastic, the outdoor space so nice for relaxing after a day of visiting beautiful Granada. The close proximity to the Alhambra was very convenient but not the best part of the hotel. Professional, helpful staff, lovely pool, and accommodations made for a perfect stay. Highly recommend, and if you can get a patio/terrace room, do so!

The hotel is extremely well maintained and the staff are very helpful, the dinner and breakfast buffet were great and reasonably priced. It’s literally a 5 mins walk to the Alhambra and 15 minutes into the town centre, easily accessible with taxis from the train station and the local bus service runs nearby. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to anyone.
