Lovely hotel which, when we stayed, was busy but quiet. Given its location is very handy for the Alhambra Palace and, should you be able to walk, a quick walk into town although the walk is down quite a steep hill as is the walk back up. The staff were very helpful and friendly nothing being too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of different varieties. All in all I would quite happily recommend this hotel.

This property was very nice on the inside. The staff was helpful. The parking was terrible. The spaces were SO SMALL that you could barely get out of your car and it wasn’t free and it really should be for spaces that little.

Great location

I selected this hotel because of its proximity to the Alhambra site and it is within an easy walk. Checkin went smoothly, and although there was no onsite parking left the clerk provided directions on how to park in the Alhambra parking for the same cost.

The property has a nice pool and a view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was good. The only note that others might want to know is that if you have car- check in first then move your car to parking lot two (P2). The parking costs 22 euros per day. If you plan to see the Alhambra you must book the tickets way in advance. At certain times of year, it is impossible to get a ticket upon arrival.

Great location, we were disappointed with our check in- they either didn’t have enough staff or too much paperwork for each person but we had to wait over half an hour to check in. Also breakfast was not up to par with many of our other places we have been in.

Was an excellent “American Type” hotel. Not a lot of character. Restaurant staff and housekeeping were very friendly, the front desk were very competent, polite but not friendly or welcoming.

The hotel is really comfortable, very handy for the Alhambra and the staff were helpful and polite. We had a couple of good evenings down in the Realjo area - the craft beer pub and vegan restaurant are both very good - and the walk home up the hill works off the calories!

This location is excellent for visiting Alhambra. Paid parking outside of the hotel was very nice and convenient. The hotel had an event going on, so the lobby was very busy and loud upon arrival. I expected the hotel rooms to be a bit nicer, but can overlook that given the great location for visiting the local attraction.
