Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms. The only down side is that parking was full, I only booked hotels with parking included, and this was was offering. But if I had to pay parking and walk with all my stuff because there wasn’t even space in the street to just drop my bags. But besides that inconvenience, everything was amazing, receptionists were amazing.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. Great location to almost everything in Granada - the Albacín, the cathedral, and the Alhambra. We both walked and took a cabs - most of the latter were only 5-7 euros. Good dining options nearby too. The room was very spacious and clean, about the only complaint (minor) was the pillows were weirdly too long and big, but otherwise everything was great. The staff was also extremely nice and very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate again to stay.

Very nice hotel with a good location downtown Granada and walking distance from the attractions as well as dining. Friendly and helpful staff. We got there early and they got us early check-in so was totally appreciated.

It's a nice hotel, but the room and the bathroom are tiny. I had difficulty opening my regular check-in bag in the room because there was no space, and there was basically no space in the bathroom.

So the property is impecable. Honestly I was not expecting such a nice property for the price. The one complaint I have which became very annoying was the lack of support with luggage and accessing the parking which was very complicated to park and narrow. No bellhops on premises either. Aside from this, everything else was above average.
