Great location. Nice Spanish apartment; tiles on the floor; good working airco. Basic kitchen. No washing machine in the apartment. Friendly and efficient welcome. New windows. New beds in one room; not in the other. Very nice to open the doors of one of the balconies (3) and take a view of the square.

Bellissimo!

L' appartamento al secondo piano è bellissimo e anche a misura di bambino: accogliente, pulito, spazioso, luminoso, con cucina attrezzata di tutto ciò che occorre; i tre balconcini si affacciano sulla meravigliosa piazza, vivace e piena di locali, animata di giorno, ma tranquillissima di notte. Il panorama è splendido, sui palazzi storici e sulla Sierra Nevada. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta: già prima di arrivare, i proprietari ci hanno inviato per mail tantissime informazioni, molto precise, su come arrivare e dove parcheggiare. All'arrivo la signora Ana Maria, puntuale, gentilissima e simpatica, ci ha dato tanti consigli utili per il soggiorno. La posizione centrale permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi le parti della città da visitare (noi eravamo con una bambina di 4 anni e non abbiamo avuto problemi!). Lo consiglio assolutamente!

"Ana Maria fut d''une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Elle avait achetée d''avance nos billets pour visiter l''Alhambra. L''appartement est idéalement situé et nous avons pu visiter la ville à pied. La cathédrale juste à côté. Quartier vivant et pas trop bruyant même s''il a beaucoup d''activité la nuit pour le nettoyage de la place. Seul bémol la restauration de la façade de l''édifice mais ceci est hors de son contrôle et il faut bien le faire. En été sans air climatisé?. Durant notre séjour il a fait 29 degrés et nous n''avons pas souffert de cette canicule. Nous avions l''appartement au deuxième avec 2 chambres à coucher. Je recommande la place pour sa situation géographique et l''amabilité d''Ana Maria. Jacques Lafrance Québec Canada"

L'appartamento è molto be...

L'appartamento è molto bello, così come il palazzo. Centralissimo, è da raccomandare a tutti coloro, senza problemi di salute, che vogliano visitare la bella città di Granada. Purtroppo non funzionava l'ascensore al nostro arrivo, ne' ha ripreso a funzionare dopo cinque giorni di permanenza. Il riscaldamento è molto buono e i proprietari cordiali.

Une place très vivante en plein centre ville sans les nuisances sonores car le double vitrage est très efficace. Un emplacement idéal pour un séjour urbain. Un immeuble de qualité avec une décoration soignée, de l''espace, de la lumière. Bref, à conseiller vivement!"

"El apartamento es cómodo, amplio y muy luminoso. Además, está muy bien equipado. Se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad cerca de la Catedral. La zona es peatonal y por tanto de acceso restringido al coche. Los dueños viven en el mismo edificio y el trato con ellos ha sido muy bueno."

"L''appartement que nous ...

"L''appartement que nous occupions (2ème C) dispose de deux chambres séparées tout à fait confortable tout comme le reste des lieux. L''immeuble est très bien entretenu et situé sur une place très agréable et animée avec beaucoup de restaurants. Nous avons craint le bruit en arrivant mais les doubles vitrages sont très efficaces. La propriétaire des lieux très sympathique nous avait envoyé un plan très clair pour trouver. L''appartement est à 2 pas de la cathédrale et des arrêts de bus pour l''Alhambra ou l''Abayssin, il y a de nombreux restaurants autour et c''est un quartier fréquenté par les espagnols et notamment par les étudiants c''était parfait comme situation. Attention pour ceux qui font un court séjour pensez bien à réserver votre visite à l''avance pour l''Alhambra et vérifier que vous avez un horaire précis de visite pour les Palais Nasrides ce qui n''était pas notre cas mais n''apparaissait pas clairement au moment de la réservation!. Je recommande cette adresse."
