Staff were impeccable, very helpful and a credit to the company . The room however was a major disappointment, the ceiling in bathroom flaking and in need of repair , the view from balcony was obstructed by a large yellow crane , bathroom window opened onto a storage room of Hoovers and zero WiFi signal . Not the experience we expected from a 5 star .

The noise levels in the rooms from the street are a disgrace. You will not sleep at this hotel. Be warned. Also, bathroom doors are illogical at best - you need to move a door to close another door. AVOID!

This was a good, but not great, hotel stay. The positives is its location (very close to everything and the train) and relatively good rooms and good service. The not-so-good - this is not a 5-star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It is a solid 4-star hotel at a nice price. The bathrooms were quite weird organized. Check in was weird as they did not have a room ready until 10 minutes after the official check in time (never had that happen before). Finally, this hotel is on a busy street and if you get a room on that side of the building, it may end up being loud.

Ok hotel. No noise dampening...could hear every street noise despite thick windows/doors. Also strange smell in bathroom that was just noxious and persistent. No AC available in room in Dec. They brought us a fan which worked great and also drowned out the street noise. Staff were supportive and helpful. Had parking available thru another hotel nearby so that was helpful. Plenty of great food nearby. Not sure we could recommend this hotel for your stay in Granada.

I stayed at Eurostar Sevilla right before this and they had coffee maker with pods which was very convenient early in the morning before going out. Eurostar Granada had smaller rooms, tired lobby furniture and no coffee machine. Location was very good and beautiful balconies.

Great location. Easy walk to train, downtown, Alhambra, Albaicin, cathedral, shopping and restaurants. Easily find a cab or a bus. Only thing I didn’t like as much, was the tight shower and door leaked under the sink (poor design). Otherwise room was ample, clean and comfortable
