Beautiful and bright apartment in the heart of the city, located in Plaza de la Trinidad, surrounded by monuments, bars, restaurants, shops, and parking facilities, making your visit to the city comfortable and effortless.
The apartment is set in a recently restored early 20th-century building, sober and elegant in style, and equipped with every possible comfort, including a shared swimming pool and elevator (please note that there are a few steps to reach the elevator). On the building’s rooftop, you can enjoy one of the few 360º panoramic views of Granada (Sierra Nevada, the Alhambra, the Cathedral, and Sacromonte) while relaxing in the communal swimming pool (open all year round from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). To access the rooftop, there is a short flight of stairs.
This spectacular apartment combines spaciousness, natural light, and elegant design to offer a unique experience. The entrance and living room are generous in size and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming and modern atmosphere from the very first moment. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for enjoying meals or a coffee while taking in the surroundings.
