Avoid this hotel, this hotel should not even be on Expedia! Picture of the bar on the listing is deceiving but the hotel is old, smells like cigarettes and outdated. Overall a very disappointing stay with very bad customer service. Car was damage in the garage with no one taking any sort of responsibility, hotel was under construction so no pool but we were not notified before our arrival, lobby and common areas smelled like cigarette. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel as there are so many other options that are better in Granada.

Staff were very nice and helpful, the place was located right on the bus line and fairly close to the metro, and there were some great dining options all within walking distance. We were very happy at Saray.

Rooms are spacious. It is 15 min walk from the center city. The only thing is that they do NOT provide irons to iron cloths. They do have a pricy dry cleaning service.

We came with our car, because there is ‘parking available’ option on their website. However, when we arrived there they said parking 21 Euro per night. I told them there is nothing about on their website, staff said you can park in the street. As you know it is impossible to find space in the street. Therefore, we disappointed.It was stressful for us. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place. They were not problem solver.
