Apartment "Residencial en el Médano" with Pool, Terrace & Wi-Fi
Apartment located in a Residential surrounded by gardens and a large outdoor swimming pool. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days as comfortable as possible (towels, bed linen, appliances, 50-inch TV, washing machine, gel, washing detergent etc). It has a space for guests who want to work from the apartment with 300 Mb Wi-Fi. It also has a part of terrace with artificial grass where you can relax reading a book and sunbathing. It is 5 minutes on foot from all amenities, beaches, supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies etc.. El Medano is an excellent town for windsurfers, whose beach of El Cabezo is only 3 minutes walking distance.
The house is protected with an alarm system that will be deactivated throughout the stay.
There are 2 sensors with camera are located in the living room pointing to the main door, kitchen and living room and the other one, pointing to the main room window facing the street.
The sensor is disconnected when the house is occupied.
The camera is a photo camera, and it is also disconnected.
In addition, each camera has a small window that can be manually lowered to cover the sensor.
