The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used beds unmade. Clean pots and pans. Sign out of streaming service
Make sure all trash and any food goes in to a garbage bag before discarding. If departing on Thursday and you're able to, please wheel the trash can to the curb.
Put away yard toys and anything left at the dock needs to be brought back to house or risk blowing in lake.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Dog can't be left alone if dog has separation anxiety. Clean up poop. $200 if pet brought w o authorization. $85 for 1 dog, $50 for 2nd. MAX 2 dogs
$300 extra cleaning fee, if trashed. Ran Promo applies to lowest night rate. Does not apply towards previous bookings, returning guest or holidays.
