DOG FRIENDLY: **According to Granby STR regulations, no more than two pets per short-term rental unit shall be permitted. A $200 pet fee for first pet and $50 for an additional pet up to a maximum of $250 (2 dogs) is required. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Grandby Ranch Stay

We had a great stay at Timber Court. The home met every need/want. We were able to get in early so we could get out and enjoy all that Grandby Ranch has to offer. Kitchen contained everything needed to host a the party of 8 adults. I would highly recommend this property.

Great house near trails and ski area

Our family had a wonderful stay here! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a cozy mountain feel that made us feel right at home. The panoramic mountain views were breathtaking, especially from the hot tub. Its location near Granby Ranch’s trails was perfect for our hiking adventures. This retreat was everything we hoped for, and we can’t wait to return! It would be AMAZING in the winter with the ski in ski out possibility!

The house was a perfect fit for our family. I loved the layout of the place. 2 bedrooms upstairs with an area between the two with a twin trundle. One queen and one king bedrooms. Then on the mail floor there is a king bedroom, kitchen, dining room and living room along with the laundry room. Really nice XL capacity washer and dryer. Kitchen stocked really well with high quality pots and pans and dishes. Back deck right off the kitchen with a grill and a couple of high top Adirondack chairs. Then downstairs is a whole other living area with 2 bedrooms (1king, 1 queen) living room with a sectional and a full kitchen including a dishwasher. Down here you can go out back to the hot tub.
