An individual entered my locked room one afternoon and was surprised I was present. The room had already been cleaned and the person did not explain why they entered. They left once I indicated I did not speak Spanish. The manager did not address the situation to my satisfaction, and I felt vunerable for the rest of my stay.

The room we got at this hotel was not very clean. We found a big stain on the carpet next to the bed. We took a picture of the stain and immediately showed it to the front reception so they make a note of it, of which they did. The mattress was not that comfortable but we only stayed for one night. The town had many restaurants close by of which were convenient for us.

Excellent for one night stay. Hotel provides everything you need: amenities , complimentary coffee. Clean swimming pool, hot tub was just in time to relax after long drive. Cons: building/ rooms looked old, breakfast was poor.

The stay itself was great as always, we really like the hotel, its location, and the continental breakfast is great. The staff is always friendly. Our issue this time was the check in…and there were over 30 people in the lobby trying to check in at the same time, so calling in an additional front desk person to expedite the process would have made it so much better.

Room needed updating, bathroom door will not stay closed, chipped furniture, wall paint left on shower tile, elevator broke one night and we were on the 3rd floor. It was ok for one night and met our needs as the beds and pillows were comfortable. And really that was all we were there for was to sleep. You get what you pay for in the hotel world.

This hotel needs help. Fire extinguishers missing from their cabinets. Promised to get them in place but of course didn’t. If they aren’t attending to safety details like fire extinguishers, what else is not being looked over? The facility has issues. Ice maker on our floor out of order. No plug for the bath tub. Latch on bathroom door didn’t work. Thankfully the elevator worked when we were there as it hadn’t been working the previous two days. The facility shows considerable wear. Certainly not up to the Wyndham brand we are accustomed to.
