Front desk was kind and friendly. Besides the price, this didn’t seem like a 3 star hotel.. . More like a 2 star. The first two floors have outdoor entrances like a motel. I could hear other guests talking (a loud family with kids) from across the hall until well after midnight. The heater is in the room and when i turned it on i had an allergic reaction, with a runny nose, which was unusual for me. It was too cold to go without it. There were stains on the wall. Like many hotels nowadays, there was no complementary drinking water. Otherwise, it felt safe and was an overpriced way to spend the night in the area, which is already on the pricier side compared to Los Angeles, Albuquerque, Palm Springs.
