Drury properties are the hotels I look for 1st. Stumbled upon one in Frisco, TX and was impressed. This particular location's pluses and minuses are: Plus: Clean, moderately priced, friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfy beds, indoor pool and Jacuzzi, and fabulous free breakfasts and dinner buffets with something for everyone. Challenges: Hotel is awkward to get into and out of because of its location at the intersection of regular streets and one-way streets; The intersection has a lot of noisy traffic. All I can say is "wow". You should try it.

We have stayed at other Drury hotels without problems. After a long day’s drive, we had only luke warm for a shower. They would have moved us. However, this is an internal infrastructure problem that housekeeping should have known about and reported. Makes you wonder if it a staff or management problem.

The room was very noisy. We had asked if it could be checked and it eventually was and resolved. The manager indicated he would give us a refund for 2 nights (we stayed several nights with the issue). We never received the credit.
