Beautiful, well kept property. Reception desk staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. The complimentary drinks and dinner far exceeded our expectations! The staff there was amazing as well. The room was very clean and quiet. An incredible value. We’ve paid much more for so much less at other hotels. 10/10!

Staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, free breakfast and free heavy appetizers from 530 pm-7 pm…. Also 3 free cocktails! Room was clean and quiet. One thing I didn’t realize is you have to ask for housekeeping, which was no big deal to us. Highly recommend.

Nice surprise, great suite style room, very clean. Breakfast included and evening snack offered with drinks. Parking option by the hotel or just behind in a covered parking. Nice personnel.

Favorite Place to Stay in Flagstaff

We have always had a great stay at the Drury Inn & Suites in Flagstaff. Very comfortable beds and very friendly staff that go the extra mile.

A very enjoyable stay

Excellent hotel. We were upgraded to double queen suite which was spacious and nicely equipped. Parking was convenient and plentiful. Breakfast was of good quality. Highlight was the 5 to 7 happy hour, as we arrived tired and hungry. Happy hour includes 3 free drinks and a full pork bbq dinner! We will look for Drurys next time we travel.p

The staff and amenities were top notch. The bed however made the stay intolerable. To hard for me couldn't get any rest only slept about 3 hours. I was traveling for business so this is not an option for me in the future.

No cleaning service. Asked 3 times

Staff is very friendly and the building is clean. I gave it three stars because I asked for the room to be cleaned every other day for my 4 night stay (which would've been one time) and it never happened. When I mentioned it at check out employee didn't seem to care.

Super nice staff!! Beautiful clean room. Comfortable beds. Dinner (lite dinner) and breakfast provided. View from the room of the mountain. Definitely would stay here again!
