We chose a, "standard king room with a view." The room measured about 12 X 15. The closet was the width of the suitcase and about 4 feet high. The bathroom was like a broom closet. No shelves, no hooks. There were 4 electrical outlets, one behind the bed. They were so loose the cords would not stay in and our electronics went dead. The little wall heater barely worked and it was freezing in our room. We requested extra blankets to at least warm up while in bed. There is a small elevator but no carts. We made 3 trips to carry our stuff to the room. We sat on the edge of the bed to watch TV which only got local channels. We were supposed to be there 4 nights. We checked out after the first night. I would never stay here again.

Parking was an issue as it was full and had to an additional $30 to park in the adjacent parking garage. Comforter wasn't clean and had to be replaced.

The room was 1 hour late getting ready. The air conditioning unit looked like it was installed by a 10 year old. The sheets were stained and threadbare. The rave music was thumping till after midnight. You’re catering to the wrong group of people. Watch “Restaurant Impossible” and get a clue.

We were looking forward to staying here, but unfortunately, the bed albeit soft, had dips in it and then it was extremely noisy as our room was over the bar which was EXTREMELY noisy, and that lasted until one or two in the morning so sleeping was very difficult. Hotel itself is very beautiful. The area around it is really nice, but not sure that I would stay at this hotel again.

Our room and the bathroom were spotless. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They only thing we would have liked is some tee and coffee in the room. But other than that we had a wonderful stay here.
