I had an electricity problem. When you turn down the light at the room door entrance TV also turns off. And you cant turn it on unless you turn the room light. There was nothing to be done at night. But overall great place, we liked it very much.

I have stayed at this property before without incident, however this was the first time i was on the ground floor. I got in very tiredd after an 11 hour drive and the toilet had issues flushing. I elected not to complain. Then i fell asleep and within 30 minutes my dog was barking at a rat on the bed and chased it under the bed getting a scratch on the neck. We are still waiting for test results on the dog for possible infetion. The staff refunded our amount in full but it still does not compensate for the expense and trauma with the dog and subsequent few days. Dont stay on the ground floor in this place.
