Almost a perfect score from my end, but the housekeeping staff was very pushy — they were knocking on my door at 8:30 a.m. for cleaning, even though my checkout time was 11 a.m. Other than that, it was a great experience!

We enjoyed Twin Arrows in all aspects except for being ignored after being seated at a table in the sports lounge. After waiting for 20 minutes, watching other guests being served who had arrived after us, we decided to leave. On the way out, we. Told the host what had happened since he seated us. He was apologetic, but it was rude of the wait staff to walk past us and not even say hi.

They charged a deposit $100 which I should get back in full as we did not use any amenities in the room. We ate at the buffet which was fairly good but I saw there was two different charges of $52 & $53 which we only used once at buffet for the 2 of us together. I expect that other charge will be refunded!

From check-in to check out was absolutely theeee best! I loved the fact that the elevators were activated room key card only, which meant safety for all guests! The rooms were pristine and clean and so inviting! Amenities ie coffee and fridge were well stocked with all needed. Water bottles were plenty! Pillows and linen were clean and nicely placed , floor and bathroom were clean and bathroom stocked and very attractive!! The restaurant's were many with a variety of delicious foods on the menu ! Room service was just awesome and well instrumented! Hall ways and business areas well lighted and Casino was amazing ! Was mildly shocked when the robot table carrying bottled water appeared ! Chuckling still at this one ! Overall I'd give this Hotel a 10 +

Wonderfully clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated rooms. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. Its a nice perk you can grab as many water bottles as you need for free in many places in the resort. The only turn off was the buffets food, prime rib very, very dry and ither food was soso, the other restaurants were good.

Our third stay here. A top class facility . Up to date. Very comfortable room and bed. The dinner Buffet is exceptional! Warning... A $46.00 Breakfast for 2 people in Four Elements Restaurant was pricey for 1 Oatmeal - 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon, waffle and fruit cup. We do plan on returning in the future.
