Very Clean. Hot tubs were nice. Design is cool, Would have been excellent, but the walls are paper thin. We could make out much of the conversation of the people next door to us.

The Room was clean but had a bathroom smell and the sofa bed was not comfortable. You could feel all the springs from the mattress.

We did not go into the hot tubs, but plenty of people did. Our rooms were clean. The beds might need replaced soon - mine had a definite divit from where people sleep.

The guy at the front desk was nice! The ladies working there are pretty grumpy. I would give it a 5 star but 2 things for me were one the toilet paper is as bad as Mexico toilet paper, bring your own haha 😂 the other was our door was right in front a side entrance to outside and the laundry room and the stairway. It was busy and noisy. Otherwise the breakfast is amazing!! The hot tubs are lovely.
