Wonderful Boutique Hotel!
The Olive Ann is a beautiful boutique hotel. The attention to detail in the rooms was wonderful. Coffee and breakfast in Dweetwater were great, loved not having to drive to a coffee shop for that morning cup. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be my first choice in GF from now on.

Beautiful hotel!
The building and room were beautiful! Was great to walk all over downtown, and be near great restaurants. Wonderful service including door and valet. The only drawback is that because it is downtown there was loud traffic throughout the night and even early morning hours.

The staff was absolutely wonderful - from the front desk, to the valet, to the bartenders and servers at the onsite restaurant. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean, and the amenities in the room are excellent.

So many good things to say about staying here! While the hotel is not centrally located in Grand Forks, it’s a wonderful addition to the downtown area! You don’t see floor to ceiling windows often in hotels and the Olive Ann has them (at least on the first floor where we were). We enjoyed the spacious bathroom and shower. Everything is aesthetically pleasing and very clean! Room service and valet parking seems to be a forgotten concept in most places, but it was available here - a great perk! The coffee shop right in the hotel was an added bonus! We could hear a little bit of noise coming from outside the room (downtown Grand Forks - if you know, you know), but overall it didn’t bother us too much.
