We had an awesome time staying in Grand Haven. The home is such a great location, we’re big walkers and loved how easy it was to access all the best parts of the downtown area. Upstairs was a little warm, but it seemed unseasonably warm this weekend. The house had everything we needed, and more. The host was communicative and kind.

Perfectly Situated and Renovated

The owners took a century old home and renovated it to the point that every surface... floors, walls, ceilings, countertops, etc are brand new. Very impressive. Our family of 4 found it to be very comfortable. It's steps away from downtown and a short walk to the boardwalk along the river. We highly recommend.

Perfect spot for my family!

We love walking, beaches, playing games and just having a chance get our three generations together. This house allows us to be near the things we enjoy, comfortable inside and outside the house, and it’s well equipped. The host is welcoming and takes care of any questions quickly. It’s also very clean!

Rented the property for 10 days; 5 adults and a 5 year old. The house was comfortable for all without being on top of each other. Nice deck with BBQ gas grill & patio furniture; we ate outside several times. Fire pit was a nice addition. The house is well equipped both inside and for outdoor/beach activities Five minute walk to town, 5 min drive to the beach, close but quiet area! Host was very responsive, would definitely stay there again.

Perfect House and Location for Summer Getaway

We really enjoyed staying here as we have several years. Great location and perfect size for our group of 6. Walk to downtown and beach to enjoy all Grand Haven has to offer. Enjoyed the backyard for dinners and fire pit.

Clean, Updated, and Perfect Location

We were extremely happy with our stay. Everything was extremely clean and organized. The home is located very close to the social district and close to the harbor and beach. Mark made the check in and check out process easy and was available to answer any questions throughout the time we spent at the house. Would absolutely recommend staying here for a Grand Haven trip.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was decorated beautifully. There were bicycles we used and a fire pit we used. We could walk to restaurants, the beach, and all the down town shops. Could have used some cool air upstairs but there were fans available. We would stay again.

Amazing Home in Ideal Location

We so enjoyed staying at the cozy home on Clinton Street. I was perfect for our stay in Grand Haven. Perfect location to walk down by the channel and to the downtown area. This house was great! Great location just a couple blocks from the main strip and very close to the fountains and beach. The house has been updated and is far better than another GH house we rented a different summer. The screened in porch was great when the kids went to bed and we wanted to stay quiet. The house has everything we needed for cooking. The management was very responsive. Highly recommend and we plan to come back.

Grand Haven home run!

Convenient to everything we wanted to see and do, this charming and fully remodeled older home is on a quiet street just minutes from downtown and the boardwalk to the beach. It was sparkling clean, decorated very nicely so it felt welcoming , and was furnished with comfy beds, a great living room and all we needed to enjoy our stay. It has lots of natural light, an enclosed porch and backyard with deck. We made use of a beach umbrella and sand toys as well as beach towels and appreciated not needing to bring our own since we didn’t have space in our vehicle. It’s the best rental experience we’ve had. The host was helpful and took care of my questions promptly, too. A Grand Haven jewel!

Family Getaway

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the boardwalk, beach, food and shopping. We could walk wherever we wanted to go! The home was beautiful; nicely furnished and decorated. Great Spot - Close to Downtown, Close to the Beach

We loved our stay in Grand Haven. The home had lots of great amenities -- beach chairs, an umbrella, kitchenware, and lots and lots of towels! It was a short walk into downtown and a quick drive over to the beach. We loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings and just hanging out.

Most perfect location and little house!

I think this was my best home rental experience to date. From the moment we booked till checkout, communication with the host was excellent. I really appreciated the daily check ins. The place was spotless and had high quality kitchenware. They had beach towels, games, beach umbrella for use. We used the grill one night and it was awesome. We loved all the different porches to enjoy the wonderful weather. Can not speak enough about the location- beautiful quiet street 3 blocks to the shore and 1 block to the main town center with tons of shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors. Would stay here again and again! Oh and I wanted to note for families there is an extra twin bed tucked under one of the twin beds in the double twin room. We put a pack and play in the king room closet and it fit perfectly for our little one!
