The gentleman at the front deck went far and above making sure we had a great stay. The wonderful lady who runs the breakfast worked very hard keeping foods stocked and fresh as well as constantly wiping surfaces clean. Seeing such a dedicated staff was very refreshing. We'll be back.

I can’t believe they want to charge $14 for parking?!?! We’re not in a downtown metro location- it’s absolutely ridiculous!! Thank God the lady at the counter waived it for us this time! But I won’t be booking that hotel because of that ridiculous fee!

Nice clean room. We stayed in hotel and ate in bar. OK food and service. Building SWAYS! Understand each room in five story was prefab concrete and lifted into place ( per local) Rather like sea legs when getting off a boat - we both felt it upon return to room but the movement was gone in morning ( no, we did not have a lot to drink the night before LOL) HOWEVER, overall, a nice hotel, courteous staff and convenient location!

Feel like there was a "bait and switch" re $14 additional cost for parking that wasn't very apparent on the website. It was acceptably clean, not immaculate. Toilet was VERY low; if any mobility issues wouldn't recommend.

We recently stayed at the Grand Vista Hotel and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, it’s a very affordable place to stay, and we found it comfortable and nicely decorated. We also really appreciated that they allow pets, since we've stayed there before with our furry friends. Plus, everything was nice and clean, and we loved that the room had a full bathtub rather than just a shower, which added a little extra comfort. On the downside, we did have some trouble with the outlets in our suite. It was hard to find usable outlets, especially near the bed, and the ones we did find were so loose that cords kept falling out. The same issue happened in the bathroom, making it a bit tricky to charge devices. Also, the pool didn't open until 9 AM, which was a bit of a letdown since we were hoping for an early morning swim before heading out. Overall, the hotel has some great perks for the price, and with a few tweaks, it could be even better.
