This recently updated property easily sleeps 10, features a gorgeous kitchen, 2 living areas, hot tub, gas log fireplace, yard games, smart TV, high speed internet and fenced yard. The house is cooled with central air conditioning. There are several areas in the house conducive to a work space. Close to many amenities, Colorado Mesa University, hospitals, downtown Grand Junction, GJ Regional Airport and 10 minutes to the Colorado National Monument hiking and biking trails. Walking distance to coffee shops, cafe, bar and grocery store. All furnishings and interior surfaces are new, good parking and a 2 car garage. This owner is flexible on cancellations as they arise. Pets and children are welcome. This home is 15 min from Fruita and 15 min west of Palisade wine and peach country! This home was just what we needed. There was plenty of space for our family and the home was well equipted. It is located between two busy streets however the street that it is on is quiet and located in a area that makes it easy to access anything in Grand Junction. The backyard is perfect for pets too, although the next door neighbors have dogs as well so there may be some barking going on but easily handled. Check-in was super easy and the host was prompt in getting back to us with any questions we had. We would stay there again.
