Nice place

The staff was helpful, and the room was amazing and very clean and comfy. Could remind people they are not at home and be quieter and hold your door to your room. Why do you let it slam? Also, back door had no security on it. You could open it any time of the day or night without a key.

Overall not a good experience. First you have dogs in the property which immediately gives you a cleanliness issue. Second, only two ice machines are working and staff is aware. Why haven't they been fixed? Third, found a long hair stuck in one of my towels. Not a good look. Could have been the cleaning persons hair or maybe it was never replaced? Fourth, immediately noticed in the corner of the tub a ugly, black mark which I can almost guarantee is mold. Why hasn't this been addressed because if the health department hears about it will cause you a big problem. I'm submitting this even before breakfast so can't comment on that. Feel these are more important due to the cleanliness issues that need to be addressed.

Honestly think the noise came from Holiday Inn next door. The pool was a bit dirty and had dirty socks in it but otherwise great place and stay.

It was a great place to stay, the pool was nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was hot and filling. I would stay here again, just of note: they have coffee hot chocolate and herbal tea (no black tea). So if you like black tea, bring your own.
