When we checked in we were told that they would only clean the rooms on the 3rd day. We said okay. Book the cleaning for the 3rd day. We went to the front desk on the 3rd day to confirm our cleaning. They said, Oh NO! We need 24 hr notice! REALLY?!! We gave them 72 hour notice. We had to wait until the 4th day.
