Rocky Start to Wonderful Stay

Loved the house and the location for our family gathering from across the USA to welcome a new grandchild and to take some vacation. The golf course, pool, playground across the street were great. We also had easy access to downtown.Our only issue was getting in the house when we arrived - the code on the door didn’t work. Had to wait 35 minutes outside with four kids under eight after traveling all day. They got it solved but it was not fun.

Great for multi generations

The layout of an upstairs and downstairs living room was perfect for our multigenerational group. We had ample space for all. The beds upstairs were very comfortable, but the downstairs queen and twins were not. We had everything we needed and a few hiccups. A breaker tripped and the fridge was out but luckily my husband was able to find the breaker box and reset it The city sprayed along the side walk and caused roaches to crawl up the front steps which was disconcerting but we didn’t see any inside until the last morning when one was seen downstairs.

Guys Mountain Bike Trip

5 adults stayed in the house and fit comfortably. The covered patio area was perfect and where we spent our time grilling, fixing bikes, playing darts, eating, and discussing the day’s adventures. I would definitely recommend the Lincoln Park house.

Family Gathering

We had 9 adults and one dog gathered for a memorial service in Grand Junction for two nights. This house was exactly what we needed: clean, a great patio, and a comfortable living room for playing card games and talking together.
