I rate this rental A plus in all categories.it is decorated beautifully but with a homey ambience and is stocked with anything you could need- hair dryers, shampoo, dishwasher soap - any of those things you will be happy to have for a week stay. It looks down on the main commercial area of the town and is less than a 15 minutes walk to anyplace you might want to visit. The owners are very gracious and helpful. It couldn’t be better.

We loved the cute town of Grand Lake as a hub for hiking in RMNP and Arapaho Natl Park (Monarch Lake) as well as kayaking on the lake. So beautiful here! The condo is very nice and is in a great location. Got quite lively outside on Friday evening due to a band playing nearby, but other than that it was pretty quiet. The HUB coffee shop was so nice to have right downstairs for great coffee and pastries. We will be back to Grand Lake!

The condo was very welcoming. Well equipped kitchen. Loved being able to walk downstairs to the HUB coffee shop. Minutes away from the park where we saw several moose. Great spots in the area for fishing!

The condo was more than clean, it sparkled! It is a very cozy environment. The kitchen was fabulous to cook in.... which mine at home was as elegant!Loved all the space. The location was perfect for the activities we were doing. Easy access to the snowmobiling and cross country skiing we did. If I'm back up to Grand Lake in the future, I will definitely stay here again.p.s.My friend that stayed in the guest room did mention the mattress needs to be switched out. :/

Stayed here with my 4 daughters and it was amazing! The property is very clean and has everything you will need! Kitchen is stocked and even has cleaning supplies. The condo is perfectly laid out and the balcony has a beautiful view! The little town of Grand Lake has our hearts now and we will be back!
