Wonderful property!! House was very clean and inviting. We enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the game room and pickle ball court. Beds were clean and comfortable. We saw moose, deer, birds and even a bear!

Exceptional!!

Sensational! 7 of us, 5 college aged boys, stayed 4 nites and this house has everything – huge bedrooms, kitchen with everything down to meat thermometers, huge dining room table, great hottub, the pickeball court was terrific, the gameroom is better in person than in pics – pool and ping pong tables are top notch. Super comfortable mattresses and bedding and we slept like royalty with the windows open. 2 washer dryer sets came in handy. The town center is just a mile or so, and RMNP entrance a couple of miles in the other direction. Best of all, the wildlife was amazing - hummingbirds, deer, bear, and moose - we saw more at this house than we did in 4 days in RMNP. Relaxing and perfect vacation spot! Cam the owner was super helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend!!
