Though there is no direct river view, the sounds of the river are very apparent and refreshing, and the river is just steps away from the front door. This updated property, set in a historic location, is within walking distance of downtown and the lake, while a number of popular attractions can also be found nearby including the Grand Lake Golf Course, Granby Ranch, and Winter Park Resort for year-round excitement.
