Took the kids for New Year’s Eve to enjoy some fun in the big city. Came back to hotel to a bunch of screaming and fighting going on in two rooms down. Scared the hell out of the kids. We’re from a small town in sw lower Michigan. Kids wouldn’t take showers because the water in the shower wouldn’t get warm. They said it was colder than the pool water

The front desk lady that checked us in informed me that with being a Hilton honors member, we could do a bit later checkout. That was wonderful because with 2 Littles, getting out the door in a timely fashion isn’t the easiest. I am very appreciative of her informing me of that. It was so helpful!! Thank you!

Except for the check-in front desk person, all the staff was super nice. The food was gross, stale and subpar -- not the staff fault, but the Company purchasing food. Coffee was always available though. Exercise equipment lacked -- there was no cord for elliptical so didn't work and treadmills were outdated. Dumbbell rack was nice.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. I was told that there was only one room on my reservation and then was charged for two. When I explained this to the assistant manager, she was argument blamed me for her mistake. The place was nice, but the experience was terrible.
