The location was what stood out the most. We were close to everything. Hilton never fails at how clean the rooms are. Never any complaints about the staff, especially the young lady at check in that Friday night. Just awesome!

I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised shuttle service to the airport. When we checked in I told the front desk that we needed a shuttle to the airport at 6:30 AM for an 8 AM flight. She wrote it down and highlighted it for the morning staff. When we got to the lobby the next morning there was no shuttle. The front desk made some calls with no success. She called management and they said the shuttle service would not be running and told us to order a cab or uber. I expected the front desk to make some calls but her response to me was “haven’t you ever used a taxi or uber”? As a matter of fact no I haven’t. Luckily my sister stayed the night because there was a blizzard. I had to wake her up to take us to the airport. Not to notify us ahead of time or offer to make some calls was amazing. When you advertise something you should deliver.

Accidentally left my key in the room and the front desk staff escorted me and my daughter upstairs, opened our door, held our door open until I grabbed my purse and left, despite the fact we weren't planning on leaving. He did not once ask my name. Very unprofessional and quite scary that he stood in the doorway, eyeing the contents of our room expecting us to leave all without once verifying it was actually our room. The rest of the staff were amazing and very helpful! Also had to ask the front desk three days in a row for toilet paper for a five day stay. The first time being the day we checked in.

Friendly staff at check-in. King suite offers an excellent layout and comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had, featuring many healthy options. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of poor soundproofing on the door to the adjoining suite. The noise from other guests TV & voices was distracting.

Came to enjoy the weekend with my family and the pool was so cold we couldn't stay in it. The shower in the pool area never got so much as warm. I'm very disappointed.

Took the kids for New Year’s Eve to enjoy some fun in the big city. Came back to hotel to a bunch of screaming and fighting going on in two rooms down. Scared the hell out of the kids. We’re from a small town in sw lower Michigan. Kids wouldn’t take showers because the water in the shower wouldn’t get warm. They said it was colder than the pool water

The front desk lady that checked us in informed me that with being a Hilton honors member, we could do a bit later checkout. That was wonderful because with 2 Littles, getting out the door in a timely fashion isn’t the easiest. I am very appreciative of her informing me of that. It was so helpful!! Thank you!

Except for the check-in front desk person, all the staff was super nice. The food was gross, stale and subpar -- not the staff fault, but the Company purchasing food. Coffee was always available though. Exercise equipment lacked -- there was no cord for elliptical so didn't work and treadmills were outdated. Dumbbell rack was nice.
