Very pleasant staff. Shuttle driver never open the door, didn’t put out step.Said it was broken. Lady who drove shuttle early was very kind & helpful. She is from LA- we loved her!!! She did have a step!!

We had a very difficult and terrible time. Lillian did in Michigan and even though I had made prior arrangements to confirm they wouldn’t send a shuttle or there was an issue with the shuttle and we ended up having to wait cause we couldn’t get a car. We Counter told us that it was not his fault and he didn’t know how to help us and to just get it right. The next day the manager did come talk to us and thankfully the night before we had a wonderful gentleman who came and picked us up. If it weren’t for those two things I would’ve rated it lower, but I could see there was at least some effort made from the manager.

I have stayed here several times and I like the secluded, quiet location. I had an issue in my room the last time I stayed and the general manager was very prompt in fixing the problem. I really appreciate the dependable airport shuttle.

I love the fact that the facility was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable as well. The breakfast that was served was just standard hotel breakfast but it was good. What I didn’t like about the place was that the directions are misleading. The hotel sits far back on the main road which is very hard to see at night
