The front desk staff was great! The cleaning staff possibly need proper cleaning practices training. The location is great and they are updating a lot in the hotel but the cleaning is not good at all. The bedding looked mostly clean except for a large greasy looking stain and it smelled burnt and a faint smell of urine. 223

At about 9pm when people should have been winding down we heard doors being slammed constantly like the other guests were trying to tear them off the hinges. The room floor was not carpeted but very dusty and hair strands were all over our slippers and socks. Toilet paper was low and we barely had any towels. Breakfast the next day was pitiful to be called continental.

I found a bedbug crawling on my shirt that I had placed on the bed before I showered. I shoes it to the hotel staff, and notified the manager so they could remediate the situation. They offered to reimburse my nights stay as well, I never received a reimbursement. I called a month later to discuss, was told it would be taken care of and never heard back. Did they take care of the bed bugs? They did not reimburse me.
