Check in was good but the gentleman was hard to understand. Heater in room 438 makes a horrible noise. Bed has to be replaced feels like springs in your back pinging everytime you turn over. Shower piddles out.

We had a double queen room for 5 nights that had not one drawer for clothing storage, which was weird. Parking was minimal, unless you want to park by the mall every day. At 2200 the pool was closed by very aggressive staff that had a ton of attitude. Food at the restaurant was close to the Keg pricing yet was some of the hardest to eat meals I have had in my life. Will look elsewhere.

Overall our experience was good and we would go back. When we pulled out the hide-a-bed there was a half eaten cookie and crumbs on the floor underneath the couch. The king bed was harder than we were use to and the water was cold Saturday morning but fixed by Saturday night. Other than that the hotel was decent. The extra space in the suite was nice. Reno’s went well so it was updated. Food and service were fantastic.

The best hotel in Grande Prairie!

Allan at the front desk was very helpful and funny. All the staff in this hotel are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is the best I ever had as a complimentary breakfast from a hotel ! The pool is relaxing and very large and the whirlpool is the icing on the cake ! Love this hotel . I Will always come back ! Thank you 😊
