As well as only 11 miles from Interstate 24 (Vienna/Golconda Exit). There is one other rental unit on the property. Hunting and fishing are not permitted on this property.

If you are okay with being out in farmland and away from it all, then this place is great! My family was here to see the national forest and surrounding areas, and it was perfect. I recommend the Garden of the Gods! The beds were very comfortable, and kitchen well stocked.
