CONS: Our room needed some upkeep. The carpet was ripped, the lighting was terrible, the bathroom had a very small sink, there was hair in the shower, and the frdige didn't keep our drinks cold. PROS: staff was friendly, food was good, bed was comfortable.

Breakfast menu was good but the eggs were from a bag and only sausage for breakfast meat every day. Kitchen area sink was leaking from drain, was quasi repaired and has no drain trap with sewer gas coming into room. Staff was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very accommodating for our large group. The only thing that was a little disheartening was the hot breakfast. The eggs were very watery in the chaffing dish. And the sausage links were more of a gray color than browned looking as if they couldve been cooked a tad longer. The pancake machine was neat but didnt cook the pancakes all the way through. There were only 2 fruit choices, mandarin oranges and apples. Having bananas as a choice wouldve been nice. Or oatmeals with granola. The overall staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful.

The lock to our hotel room was having issues reading the key card. The front desk worker said it was likely in need of a battery, and the morning maintenance staff would be notified tomorrow. We were only staying one night so it really didn’t matter. Anytime we left the room we had to scan the card a dozen times before it opened. The staff was friendly and helpful but I feel they didn’t have the resources to fix some issues. The bathtub and shower head were pretty dirty looking. We elected to not use that since we were heading home early in the morning.

Room needs upgrade esp bathroom..had a small leak under sink that seemed to have been there for a while, as there was a permanent stain. Could use more lights to brighten the room. Breakfast was good assortment and replenished right away. Staff was constantly around ensuring bfast was replenished and area cleanes up.

When i first arrived my room had roaches so i was switched to another room. When in that room, the fridge didnt work the stove didnt work the microwave was burnt inside so you couldnt use it, when i asked to be upgraded and was willing to pay for it i was told no because i booked through expedia..
