Come Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 2nd floor apartment surrounded by the beautiful Spring Valley preserve. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom space includes a living room, kitchen and plenty of off street parking. The home is minutes from downtown Granville and Denison University. You can enjoy exploring the clear cut hiking trails of the preserve or go take in a traditional polo match at Bryn Du mansion. Denison gulf course and racoon valley gulf course are also minutes away.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, closet and bathroom access. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and closet. There is tons of natural light in this place and beautiful views of the surrounding woods. However you are not so isolated that you can't easily get to the highway.

You can enjoy some outside living with the firepit and groomed wooded paths.
