When I booked my stay, I’ve booked a king size bed, but upon arrival I was told hat only a double queen is available, and the room got double booked. Hotels.com customer service did nothing to resolve this problem with Hyatt, so we ended up staying in the double queen bed room.

Flawless stay!

Lovely property in every way. This is the most desirable property we have stayed at in repeat visits to Kent Island. Delicious breakfast was a special treat. Water view is great. New 2 years ago and maintained so immaculately that you would believe it opened yesterday (without any of the issues that usually accompany a new property).
