Unser 3-Familienhaus wurde 2014 neu errichtet. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im gesamten Dachgeschoß und ist über einen eigenen Eingang erreichbar. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Grassau in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Golfplatz. Das Ortszentrum mit zahlreichen Geschäften und Gastronomiebetrieben befindet sich in rd. 2km Entfernung und ist auch über Gehwege gut erreichbar. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für sportliche Aktivitäten wie Rad- und Wandertouren aber auch für Kulturausflüge bspw. zum nahe gelegenen Schloss Herrenchiemsee oder in das 40 Min. entfernte Salzburg.
Unsere charmante Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand von Grassau in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Golfplatz. Die hell gehaltene Wohnung umfasst das gesamte Dachgeschoß und wurde liebevoll in modern-ländlichem Stil eingerichtet. Eine vollausgestattete Küche gehört ebenso zur Wohnung wie das Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie das Schlafzimmer mit seinem gemütlichen 2m breiten Doppelbett. Dank des offen gestalteten Koch-Wohn-Essbereichs lässt sich das Bergpanorama der Chiemgauer Alpen am Frühstückstisch genauso wie zum Tagesausklang am großzügigen Westbalkon genießen. Der Sichtdachstuhl und der Eichenholzboden (mit Bodenheizung) runden das behagliche Wohnambiente ab und sollten Ihnen ein Maximum an Urlaubserholung im Grünen ermöglichen.

Super toller Aufenthalt
Wohnung war wie auf den Bilder super schön :) auch die Umgebung war toll! Grassau ist ein kleiner aber Feier Ort! Eigentümerin super lieb und sympathisch. Gerne wieder!
