La Farniente – Green House with Saltwater Pool, Close to the Médoc Beaches

Just 3 minutes from naturist or family beaches, in the heart of the Médoc Natural Park between Soulac and Montalivet, opposite Euronat, La Farniente welcomes you in a bright and eco-friendly setting.



This recently renovated house offers all the necessary comfort with high-quality bedding and organic cotton sheets, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and separate toilets. The spacious living room can be converted into a second bedroom thanks to a premium sofa bed, allowing you to comfortably accommodate up to 4 or 5 people.



At the back, you will enjoy a large 10 x 5 m saltwater pool, fully fenced and secluded. Open from April to October, Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm, it is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and a garden lounge for relaxing moments in complete tranquility. At the front, the terrace overlooks a landscaped 600 m² garden, ideal for convivial meals around the barbecue.



Designed with respect for the environment, La Farniente is equipped with solar panels, water and lighting saving devices, and a charging station for electric cars.



Nearby, you will find cycle paths 100 meters away with bike rental available, a golf course and tennis courts 10 minutes away, a convenience store 3 minutes away, as well as many beach restaurants and châteaux to visit throughout the Médoc region.

Maison agréable mais quelques points à préciser. Elle est mitoyenne avec celle des propriétaires (non indiqué dans l’annonce) et certains équipements sont vieillissants. Les horaires limités d’accès à la piscine restreignent l’usage du jardin, il n’est pas possible d’en profiter le soir pour un apéro par exemple ce qui est dommage. Terrasse donnant sur une rue très passante. Accueil correct mais peu d’interactions pendant le séjour. Un potentiel certain, mais des améliorations seraient bienvenues compte tenu du tarif.

Super Séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La maison est bien équipée, propre, au calme. L'accès à la piscine est un vrai plus Position centrale pour visiter la région, 10 min de la plage du Gurp,15 min de Soulac, et 30 min d'Hourtin Parfait pour les vacances que nous recherchions. Nous recommandons !
