Welcome to this elegant new villa of 140 m², set on a private and fenced 2,000 m² plot in the heart of Médoc Atlantique. Spacious and bright, it offers you comfort, tranquility, and easy access to the beaches and local activities.



Main house (3 bedrooms):

- 1 double bedroom (140 cm bed)

- 1 master bedroom (140 cm bed)

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm)

- 2 modern bathrooms with walk-in showers

- 1 separate WC



Fully equipped high-end kitchen: American fridge, steam/convection/microwave ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, food processor, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.

Laundry room: washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

Living/dining room: large table, leather sofa, flat-screen TV.



Independent adjoining section (available only from May to end of August):

- Large suite with dressing room

- Private bathroom (shower + bathtub)

Wir verbrachten eine sehr erholsame Zeit. Madame Vacher ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die sich sehr um unser Wohl sorgte und bei einem unerwarteten Kälteeinbruch sofort die Heizung akivierte. Das Haus war perfekt sauber und vorbereitet.Die Küche ist über alle Erwartungen ausgestattet. Ein Traum.Der Hund war angetan von dem umzäunten Garten.Wir können dieses Haus und die freundliche Gastgeberin nur wärmstens empfehlen.
