The room was clean. We loved having the microwave & fridge. The counter space was great too along with the big mirror. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved it!

Everything was fine, except we did have a little trouble with the TV freezing up. Hotel has a small lobby so the breakfast area isn't connected to it like more modern hotels are.

Great staff , everyone treated us very nice. During breakfast a staff member came to our table and gifted my son and daughter a Hotwheels car. That was a nice touch.. good typical food for breakfast. Clean. Just a few down points because we got a room on the first floor 120 , near an exit door. I heard noise all night. Also I could hear the person upstairs walking back and forth and people walking in the hallways. so I just wish a little better insulation between walls. Also there was a funky smell when entered the room we couldn’t figure out , musty and poopy like. We were worried our sheets weren’t clean but they did smell clean. I would return.

The room was clean & spacious. Very accessible for my blind husband.Loved the electronic themastat for climate control. Brie, our check in staff member at the front desk, greeted us & was very helpful. She said if we needed anything, just ask. The only issue we had was the door to get into the building wouldn't open. I used the key, but that didn't work. A nice guest happened to see us & let us in. Perhaps someone needs to fix that door. Other than that, nice facility. We'll most likely be back, next time we come to Gaylord.
