I didntn stay at your property because I had to cancel the trip. I was told by the person i spoke with that i WOULD NOT be charged for the two nights. But looking at my statement on my computer, your motel charged me for 2 nights. That we were not using! So yes we cancel

Currently starting a big remodel process. Going to take awhile. Breakfast area and breakfast really good. Pool area really nice also.

Checked in. Went to our room that they said was just cleaned, got there to find door open and cleaning still in doorway. 1 bed had blood and other debris on sheets. Bathroom had trash and empty tp roll on floor. Had food chunks of some sort on carpet next to tv stand. Went directly to lobby and got a full refund. Went next door to Days Inn where everything was clean and comfortable for just a few dollars more.

Dont ever stay here.

This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. No one cleaned the pool area all weekend. Trash and food laying around for days. Night staff outside smoking pot by the entrance doors. If there was another hotel close by to stay at i would have switched.

Room was not very clean. Floor definitely had not been vacuumed. Previous guests towels were left hanging on the bathroom door. Ceiling tiles in the hallways were sagging or missing. This place needs to do better.

Run down and neglected. Holidome style pool makes the entire complex damp. They don't seem to have adequate HVAC to keep up with the humidity it creates throughout the complex. One of our rooms had black mold. Lots of peeling paint, warped woodwork and ceiling tiles, and signs of ongoing water damage. Fire doors were propped open. Only 2 towels for a 4 person reservation. .

The only thing good about the property was the water pressure in the shower. Heres the list of terrible things. Sold me a confirmed upgraded room. Was not the room sold to me when I checked in. Pool noise at midnight. Bathroom had human hair on the toilette, floor and sink so hadnt been cleaned properly.Breakfast at 9:04 closes at 9:30 there was zero hot food in any of the four warm food servers. There was 1 apple no other fruit. 3 total muffins and all pastries gone. 20 people were wanderring around complaining there was no food out. When checking out complained to staff and they said they were sure it was being worked on. Towel holder in bathroom was ripped off wall. Mold on wall behind toilette. For 156$ a night this was beyond terrible. Place is a wreck. Stay anywhere but here.
