Clean, neat. Loved the retro motel vibe. Perfect for a short visit or an overnight stay. Not much in the way of amenities, but places to eat and convenience stores within easy walking distance.

The room was very clean and well stocked with towels. The beds were comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. The AC worked well. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The price per night was much less than other establishments near by. There wasn't a pool or gym, but those were not a priority. We will stay here again if in the area.

Immaculately clean, comfortable bed; the two most important things. We've stayed at more charming places in Great Barrington, but our usual B&B required two nights and we only wanted one. Nothing fancy, no frills, but ultimately quite satisfactory. We would stay here again. P.S. we found some charm and a nice breakfast at the Holli Cafe.
