The room was pretty clean but there were food crumbs all over the counter by the microwave. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Breakfast was great as usual. Hot tub had some broken parts as soon as we turned on the jets a jet piece broker off and all the knock were either broken or not there. The bed was terrible. We tossed and turned all night and woke up with sore backs. We lived the place espicially over looking the river from the balconys and that is why we go to your place weekend we get a date night.

Excellent location, especially for us with dogs as there is a walking trail right in front of the hotel. Hotel was clean, room was spacious, but bed sagged in the middle making it hard to get a comfortable night's sleep.

Loved the balcony room, staff was friendly and very prompted to turn on the gas fire pit when we had asked. We always stay here while in great falls visiting family and our room is always big enough with the kitchenette to have some apps while talking and letting the kids swim
