It’s so nice to check into a hotel and be greeted warmly and cared about by the check-in staff…Shawn was awesome! Great little bar/casino, but they weren’t able to serve food due to plumbing issues. The hot/cold tap in the shower was on backwards and the bathroom vent cover needed a good cleabing, but otherwise clean & comfortable.

During check in they were busy due to rooms not being ready just after 4pm. The key card was horrible. Took us 5 mins to get in our room each time. Walked in the room and it smelled our feet and mildew. The toilet paper roll that was already there had something gross on the edges. House keeping never came by to restock toliet paper or towels, either of the full days we were there. The hot tub's water was so merucy and gross like it depersetly needed cleaned. Breakfast was good.

went through 3 rooms before we got one that wasn’t occupied or not prepared was given keys to other people’s rooms. key wouldnt work on Third room. back to front desk. keys don’t work have to get new every time you go out and sometimes two times for one entrance. they have a sign posted the key cards are a problem There was no offer to upgrade. the manager never contacted us. the people at the front desk did their best. but management should have made some effort. no housekeeping until after 3 days. didn’t know. no note in room or at front desk. had to go collect towels coffee or an extra blanket from front desk. get back to your room key card doesn’t work. quite the comedy of errors.
