This facility has not been updated for had any real upgrades since it was a best western many years ago, systems and facility are tired and showing their age, bed was clean thou, do not recommend.

Was a very clean quiet environment beautiful lobby. The thing i didnt like was my smart watch was left behind and not turned in when room was cleand very sad. I was rushing off early that morning for surgery and it got left by the TV

Worst hotel ever

it was the worst hotel ever we tried to check in at the check-in time at 3 o’clock for a pet friendly room. That I reserved over two months ago They told us that we needed to come back at four. We came back at 4 o’clock. They still had no pet friendly room available for us then they told us to come back in about 15 minutes so 415 we came back. there was still no room available. The guy told us that he could put us up in a regular room that was not pet friendly I told him that wasn’t going to work because we have two dogs with us. I asked him what he expected us to do. He just shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know I got mad and canceled my reservations there I will never go back to this hotel.

Have been comming to GFHI for years. Keep coming back because of the convenience and the pool area where you can sit at tables and relax. The biggest complaint is the room card key system. Suposedly they are installing a new system in a couple of weeks. This should have been done a year ago. We had the same issues back in 2024 and it seems to have taken a very long time to do something about it. Otherwise, most of the staff are friendly. Jasmine at the front desk was excellent. The rooms were clean and so was the the pool area. The bar and casino have good and friendly staff as well and the food there is quite good.
